The Program lets eligible Forecite customers earn a reward by referring new customers to Forecite. When someone you refer subscribes to a paid plan and pays for it, you earn a reward equal to 10% of the net subscription income we actually receive from that customer, as described in these Referral Terms.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• hold an active Forecite account that is in good standing;
• be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• not be an employee, contractor, or agent of Forecite, or otherwise connected to us in a way that creates a conflict of interest; and
• not be located in, or a resident of, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade restrictions, and not otherwise be prohibited from participating under applicable law.

We may verify your eligibility at any time and may exclude any participant who does not meet these requirements.

When you join the Program, we provide you with a unique referral link (your "Referral Link"). You may share your Referral Link with people who may genuinely be interested in Forecite, provided you have their consent to be contacted and you follow these Referral Terms.

A person who signs up for Forecite through your Referral Link is a "Referred Customer." We use cookies and account records to attribute a Referred Customer to you; attribution is determined solely by our records, which are final.

A referral qualifies for a reward only if all of the following are true:

• the Referred Customer is a new customer who did not have, and is not otherwise associated with, an existing or prior Forecite account;
• the Referred Customer signed up through your Referral Link;
• the Referred Customer subscribes to a paid plan and their payment is successfully collected; and
• the referral is genuine and complies with these Referral Terms, including the Prohibited conduct section below.

Self-referrals, referrals to accounts you own or control, and referrals of existing customers do not qualify.

For each Qualifying Referral, you earn a reward equal to 10% of the net subscription fees actually paid to us by that Referred Customer, for as long as the Referred Customer remains an active paying subscriber and you remain an eligible participant in good standing.

"Net subscription fees" means the amounts we actually receive and retain from the Referred Customer for their subscription, excluding taxes, and reduced by any refunds, credits, discounts, and chargebacks. The reward does not apply to one-time charges, taxes, or amounts we do not ultimately retain.

Rewards accrue only while the Program is in effect and while both you and the Referred Customer maintain active accounts. We may set or change a cap, a duration limit, or other conditions on rewards on a forward-looking basis, as described in the Changes section.

A reward becomes eligible for payout once the underlying payment from the Referred Customer has cleared and is no longer subject to refund or dispute. Until then, it remains pending in your referral balance.

• How you are paid. Rewards are issued as account credit toward your own Forecite subscription, or, at our discretion, paid out to a payment account you nominate.
• Minimum threshold. We may require your available balance to reach a minimum amount before a cash payout is issued.
• Timing. Eligible rewards are typically settled on a monthly basis.

If a payment from a Referred Customer is later refunded, reversed, or charged back, the corresponding reward is cancelled. If it has already been credited to your balance, we may deduct the amount from your balance or from future rewards, or otherwise recover it. Rewards associated with fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activity are forfeited.

You must not:

• send spam or unsolicited communications, or share your Referral Link without the recipient's consent;
• misrepresent Forecite, your relationship with us, or the terms of the Program;
• use paid advertising that bids on or impersonates the Forecite brand, trademarks, or domain, or that could mislead as to the source of the offer;
• create fake, duplicate, or self-referred accounts, or otherwise attempt to game the Program; or
• engage in any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

We may withhold or reverse rewards and suspend or remove any participant we reasonably believe has violated these Referral Terms.

You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive under the Program, and for reporting them to the relevant authorities. Where required by law, we may request tax information from you before issuing a payout, and may withhold amounts as required.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or change these Referral Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Changes apply on a forward-looking basis. If we terminate the Program, we will pay out rewards that have already qualified and cleared as of the termination date, and no further rewards will accrue. Your continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Referral Terms.

The Program is offered at our discretion and creates no partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture between you and us. These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute is subject to the dispute resolution and general provisions of our Terms of Service. If any provision of these Referral Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
